ATS Training Manager Course

COURSE AIM : To develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes of the participants to enable them to be deployed as training managers.

COURSE OUTCOME : Upon successful completion of this course the participants will be equipped with the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to function as a training manager.   

COURSE DURATION : 2 Weeks of formal training   

METHODOLOGY : The training methods employed will consist of classroom lectures, self-study, and group discussions, skills training and other additional methods deemed necessary by the facilitators of learning or subject matter specialists. The completion of individual and group assignments will serve as an assessment measure (Portfolio of Evidence). The methodology employed must enhance learning and be appropriate to the learning experience (as per lesson plan).
